Logistics facilities & Meat Processing Centre for the large-scale retail channel

MMR Logistics facilities spread out over a surface area of 320,000 sq.m. (60,000 of which covered), aiming to reach a capacity of 130,000 covered sq.m. for the storage, preservation and distribution of fresh and extremely fresh products. Completely refrigerated logistics centre with a transcritical CO2 system served by a LU-VE V-Shape GAS COOLER, for a total of over 50 rooms refrigerated by LU-VE Aero Evaporators , working at 3 different temperatures.

  • Processing chambers with an ambient temperature of +12°C for about 1,000 kW of power.
  • Fresh preservation units with an ambient temperature of 0°C for about 700 kW of power
  • Deep-freeze units with an ambient temperature of -25°C for about 200 kW of power
The entire system is refrigerated with 11 CO2 Booster units served by the same number of GAS COOLER equipped with LU-VE’sADIABATICO and PLC
